Anti-Flu Preparation image

This recipe has been a blessing for many people in my life for many years. If you have a cold or nasty flu, do mix it up and give it a try. Why be miserable!

Number Of Ingredients 4

2 teaspoon(s) cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt or common salt
1 cup(s) boiling water
1 cup(s) apple cider vinegar

Steps:

  • Grind together the cayenne pepper and salt to form a paste. Add boiling water and steep and cool. Once cool, add the apple cider vinegar.
  • Most adults can take between a teaspoon to a tablespoon every half an hour. If it is too strong, dilute it. If it is too strong for your tummy, use 1 cup brewed chamomile tea instead of the boiling water.
  • This is a strong remedy! Some folks love the taste, some of course do not. Sometimes people who do not, will like it if they feel a cold/flu coming on. This recipe comes from "Herbal Medicine", Dian Dincin Buchman. To good heath, everyone!
