Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add the chicken and saute 4-5 minutes each side.
- Place chicken in a 9x13 baking dish and brush with teriyaki sauce. Spoon on salad dressing. Sprinkle with cheese, onion and bacon bits.
- Bake 25-35 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
