Steps:
- Saute pine nuts until golden. Remove from pan. Heat oil; saute garlic and red pepper flakes for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Cook pasta in salted water. Reheat garlic and oil. Add spinach and toss over high heat until wilted, approximately 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in butter. Toss pasta, spinach, cheese and nuts. Season to taste.
