Steps:
- 1. Saute shallot and garlic in olive oil in saucepan. 2. Add cleaned and sliced mushrooms to saucepan. 3. Deglaze pan with chicken broth. 4. Add cheese spread and milk and stir. 5. Add salt and pepper. 6. Sprinle with chopped parsley. Variations: sometimes I don't use chicken broth instead I use low sodium soy sauce. sometimes I don't use cheese spread instead I just use milk and parmesan cheese. Sometimes I add frozen peas instead of parsley
