ANCHOVY VINAIGRETTE image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 large garlic clove, minced or crushed
1 Tablespoon Anchovy paste
1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
ΒΌ teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 Tablespoon lemon juice
2/3 cup olive oil
2 Tablespoon finely chopped parsley

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, mash garlic with anchovy paste and mustard. Stir in the black pepper, cayenne and lemon juice. Gradually whisk in olive oil until creamy. Stir in parsley. Serve right away or cover and chill.
