Steps:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Combine all the cake ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Pour into 3 greased and lightly floured cake pans.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Cool completely.
- Mix cream cheese, sugars and Cool Whip in a large bowl. Grind Hershey bars in the food processor and add 3/4 of chocolate to the mixture. Ice cake and top with remaining chocolate. Refrigerate overnight.
