Amish Peach Cake image

Number Of Ingredients 16

5.5 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoons salt
2 packages vanilla pudding
6 tablespoons butter
2 units eggs
1 cups milk
1 units for second layer
6 units peaches
1 units for third layer
16 ounces cream cheese
1 cups sugar
6 tablespoons peach juice
1 units top layer
2 tablespoons sugar
0.5 teaspoons cinnamon

Steps:

  • Mix first 7 ingredients and pour into a 9x13-inch greased pan. Pour drained peaches over the batter.
  • Mix cream cheese, sugar and peach juice and pour over the peaches. Sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
  • Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes or when the cake is firm to the touch.
