Amish Cream Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 pint whipping cream
1 9-inch pie crust or graham graham cracker pie crust
Garnish:
whipped cream

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, blend flour into melted butter. Add brown sugar; mix thoroughly. Add cream and stir until well blended. Pour into crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 to 55 minutes, until center is jiggly but not liquid. Cool. Serve with whipped cream.
