Steps:
- Add the Amarula, mint liqueur, full-cream milk, vanilla extract, crushed coconut cookie, roughly torn fresh mint leaves and a few ice cubes to a cocktail shaker, blender or sealed container and shake well. Pour over crushed ice into a latté or high-ball glass, or two tumblers, and garnish with toasted coconut shavings and whole mint leaves. Serves one to two, depending on glass(es) used.
