This is another favorite recipe from my "Recipes for Life pg. 326" book and extremely addicting. I just love these for a sweet treat and they too are very healthy as long as you don't eat the whole batch. hehe Super easy to make and is all-raw ingredients too. I do hope you enjoy.

Steps:
- 1. Mix first 3 ingredients together and form into balls. I like to use a local honey when possible.
- 2. Then roll the balls in crushed nuts or coconut. I just spoon out a small amount and directly roll into nuts or sweetened coconut. Then, I roll in the palm of my hand to shape better. Refrigerate till ready to serve and roll again if necessary.
- 3. You can place them in a deviled egg tray or just place them on a few lettuce leaves on a tray.
