Almond Butter Balls image

This is another favorite recipe from my "Recipes for Life pg. 326" book and extremely addicting. I just love these for a sweet treat and they too are very healthy as long as you don't eat the whole batch. hehe Super easy to make and is all-raw ingredients too. I do hope you enjoy.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1/2 c almond butter
1 c wheat germ
1/2 c honey
1/4 c crushed nuts or coconut

Steps:

  • 1. Mix first 3 ingredients together and form into balls. I like to use a local honey when possible.
  • 2. Then roll the balls in crushed nuts or coconut. I just spoon out a small amount and directly roll into nuts or sweetened coconut. Then, I roll in the palm of my hand to shape better. Refrigerate till ready to serve and roll again if necessary.
  • 3. You can place them in a deviled egg tray or just place them on a few lettuce leaves on a tray.
