ALMOND-APRICOT GRANOLA BARS (BITTMAN) image

Number Of Ingredients 8

1/2 c. almond butter or other nut butter
1/2 c. honey
1 c. crispy cereal
1 c. granola
1/2 c. almonds, chopped
1/2 c. dried apricots, chopped
1/4 t. salt
Vegetable Oil for greasing

Steps:

  • Microwave almond butter and honey until they melt together. Stir all other ingredients together in separate bowl. Combine sticky into dry Grease a 7 or 8 inch sq. baking dish with a little oil and line it with plastic. Spread and press mixture into pan and refrigerate for at least an hour.
