1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
2 whole eggs
2 egg yolks
1/3 cup plus 1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping

Steps:

  • Heat air fryer to 375°F on Bake function
  • Microwave chocolate and butter in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 min. or until butter is melted; stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  • Add sugar, vanilla and salt; mix well. Blend in whole eggs and egg yolks. Stir in flour.
  • Spoon about 1/3 cup batter into each of 6 greased and floured 4-oz. ramekins; place in air fryer basket.
  • Bake 8 to 10 min. or until edges of lava cakes are firm but centers are still soft. Remove cakes from air fryer. Let stand 1 min.
  • Run knife around edges of cakes to loosen from ramekins; invert cakes into dessert plates.
  • Serve warm topped with COOL WHIP.
