AIP CAROB BARK image

Number Of Ingredients 6

2 cups coconut oil
1 cup coco (any powder you can tolerate,carob etc.)
1/3 cup maple syrup (or honey)
1 1/2 cup nuts (you know what you can eat)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon pink salt

Steps:

  • Whip coconut oil. Stop whipping and add everything else. Mix. Pour out on wax paper and chill. Break into pieces when chilled. Wonderful. Keep chilled till in use.
