Aioli Sauce image

I love this sauce because of the garlic and Dijon mustard! This is a great sauce for so many things such as potatoes and fish! I also used this as a dip for onion fritters! I even use it as a spread for crackers! I found this recipe on a cooking site.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 c mayonnaise
2 large cloves garlic-crushed
2 tsp dijon mustard
2 tsp lemon juice, fresh
1 tsp olive oil, extra virgin
salt & pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a small mixing bowl.
  • 2. Taste and add extra seasoning as required.
  • 3. Let stand in the fridge for at least 15 mins to chill.
