Adobo Pork Tenderloin image

This is an easy and delicious recipe for Pork with classic adobo flavors.

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 tablespoon(s) each minced garlic and shallots
1/2 cup(s) apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup(s) soy sauce
2 - bay leaves
1 teaspoon(s) freshly ground black pepper
1 pound(s) pork tenderloin
1/4 cup(s) apple cider

Steps:

  • Place the garlic shallot soy sauce and bay leaves in a large zip lock bag. Add the tenderloin and let marinate 6 hours or overnight.
  • Preheat oven 425 degrees. Remove the pork from the marinade reserving the marinade and place pork on baking sheet. Roast in oven until internal temp is 135 degrees. Remove the pork from pan and let rest tented with foil on cutting board until internal temp reaches 145 degrees.
  • Deglaze the roasting pan with apple cider and scrape up bits add to marinade in a saucepan and bring to a boil and reduce for 10 minutes. Serve sauce with pork.
