ADDIE'S TOFFEE TOP CHEESECAKE BAR image

Number Of Ingredients 13

Crust:
1 1/4 cup flour
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp soda
3/4 cup butter
Filling:
8 oz cream cheese
1 can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
Topping:
1+ cup toffee bits

Steps:

  • Mix dry in crust, add butter, and mix like pie dough. Press into 13x9 greased dish. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. For filling, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth. Stir in 1 cup toffee bits and pour over crust. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Cook 15 minutes and top with more toffee bits.
