A DIFFERENT COLE SLAW image

Yield 6-10 servings

Number Of Ingredients 12

Dressing:
3 T. vinegar (rice, cider or wine)
1 T. sugar
flavor packet from Top Ramen
1/2 C. canola or peanut oil
salt and pepper to taste
Salad:
1 head cabbage, sliced
3-4 green onions, chopped
2 T. toasted sesame seeds
1/2 C. slivered almonds or chopped peanuts
1 pkg. Top Ramen (chicken flavor), broken up

Steps:

  • Mix dressing ingredients in large bowl. Toss in salad ingredients, adding noodles last. Taste and correct seasoning. Serve immediately.
