7up Fruit Salad image

Number Of Ingredients 14

2 pkg lemon jello
2 c boiling water
2 c 7up
1 can(s) crushed pineapple, drained (save juice for topping)
1 c mini marshmellows
2 large bananas cut up
topping:
1/2 c sugar
2 Tbsp flour
1 c pineapple juice(from above)
1 egg beaten
2 Tbsp butter
1 c dream whip
1/4 c shredded cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Dissolve jello in boiling water. When jello is particallyset add 7up, pineapple, mini marshmellow and bananas. Pour in a 9x12 pan and chill.
  • 2. Cook the topping ingredients unitl thick, then cool. Fold in dream whip and pour over chilled ingredients. Sprinkle cheese over all if desired.
