Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 Dissolve yeast, sugar and warm water together in lg. mixing bowl.add milk, shortening, sugar and salt Add 3 c. flour and stir using a wooden spoon or spatula. Knead on floured counter, adding flour as needed to handle for 5 min. Let dough rest, covered for 5 min. Roll out dough about 1/2 inch thick Spread w/ melted butter and cinn/sugar mix. Roll up and cut into 12 pieces (using thread). Put rolls in greased pan. cover w/ a clean towel and let rise for 15 min. Bake for 20 min a 400.
