6-Grain Bread image

While trying to boost the fiber in our diets, I tried using my traditional white bread recipe and substituted the 6-grain flour for some of the white flour. This bread turns out great every time and has become my husband's favorite so I make it a lot. I most often use the 6-grain flour, but any kind of whole grain flour works. If you like large pieces of bread, use 2 big loaf pans, if you like your slices smaller, use 3 medium pans. And I usually use my bread maker on the dough cycle but I use my Kitchen Aid if my bread machine is busy doing something else at the time.
