5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE image

Yield 6-8 cups

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 1/2 cup milk
one 12 oz pkg chocolate chips
2 eggs
1 Tablespoon flavoring (vanilla, rum, any kind of liqueur, whatever you like)
pinch of salt

Steps:

  • 1. Heat milk in saucepan over medium heat till almost to a boil. 2. Add remaining ingredients to blender. 3. Blend on low and remove insert from top of blender to pour the milk in. 4. Pour heated milk in through top while blending. Allow to mix for 2 minutes. 5. Pour into serving cups and chill for 4 hours. Serves 6-8
