Zesty Kale image

This quick and easy recipe makes an excellent side dish with lots of flavor. I became intrigued by kale after having it served to me twice in the past two weeks. My wife and I really enjoyed my new and zesty creation.

4 teaspoons reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
1 ½ teaspoons minced garlic
4 leaves kale, stems removed and discarded, leaves torn into bite-sized pieces

Steps:

  • Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, and garlic together in a bowl.
  • Place kale leaves in a bowl; drizzle soy sauce dressing over kale. Toss to coat.
