3 TORTILLA PIE WTIH CHICKEN image

12 corn tortillas, toasted
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
can (40 ounces) chopped green chiles
1 1/2 cups green or red salsa
1 cups sour cream
1 1/2 Monterrey jack cheese, shredded (6 ounces)

Steps:

  • Preheat over to 375 degrees. In an 8-inch baking dish or pan, layer 4 tortillas, 1 cup chicken, 1/4 cup chiles, 1/2 cup salsa, 1/2 cup sour cream, 1/2 cup cheese, repeat once. Top with remaining tortilla, sour cream, and cheese. Bake until golden brown and bubbly. 30-40 minutes.
