It is Really Hot here in central California so I tried this recipe and it's a keeper. A person can't get much easier than a crock pot recipe! The flavor is wonderful and the meat is so tender. I found this recipe on Pinterest and tweaked to my liking.

Steps:
- 1. brown floured roast in small amount of oil on both sides...mix all the remaining ingredients in a measuring cup with the 1/2 cup water
- 2. place roast into crock pot and pour all of mixture in measuring cup on top of roast. Pour remaining water around the bottom of crock pot.
- 3. cook without peeking for at least 7 hours on low
- 4. I served mine with garlic mashed potatoes and the gravy was wonderful!
- 5. note: I always preheat crock pot on high for a faster start....just half hour or so.
