This is a Prize Winning CWA (Country Womens Association) Recipe created by Margaret Hampel. We have made this easy recipe and it will be your 'go to' Fruit Cake. It is moist, lasts forever and is one of those magical fail proof recipes. You can also swap out the Iced Coffee with Orange Juice if you prefer.

Steps:
- The secret to this recipe is to soak the MixedFruit in Iced Coffee (you can substitute with Fruit Juice or Black Tea if you prefer) for 24 hours prior to baking.
- Add Self Raising Flourand mix well.
- Bake in a lined 8 inch (20cm) square tin.
- Bake at 150 degrees Celsius for 1 hour.
- That's it!
