250 DOLLAR NEIMAN MARCUS COOKIES image

Number Of Ingredients 13

2 c. butter
2 c. granulated sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 c. flour
5 c. blended oatmeal
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
24 oz. chocolate chips (2 lg. bags)
1 (8 oz.) Hershey bar, grated (yes, this is really 1/2 lb.)
3 c. chopped nuts

Steps:

  • Blended oatmeal: Measure and process in blender to a fine powder. Cream butter and both sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add chips, candy and nuts. Roll into balls and place two inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake for 6 minutes at 375°F. Makes 9 dozen cookies.
