1 Dish Chicken Parmesan image

I haven't tried this recipe but it sound interesting and good.

Number Of Ingredients 13

fleishman's 1 dish bake and rise batter
cooking spray
1 1/2 c flour
2 envelopes rapid rise yeast
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 c very warm water (120-130)
3 Tbsp olive oil
TOPPINGS
3 c (11-12oz)fully cooked,frozen,breaded chicken(breast or tenders}chopped
2 c (16oz)spaghetti sauce
1 c (4oz) italian blend shredded cheese
1 tsp italian herb blend seasoning

Steps:

  • 1. mix batter ingredients together in a sprayed 8x8" baking pan.Let rest 5-10 minutes Top batter evenly with chicken. Pour spaghetti sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and herbs. Bake by placing in a COLD oven; set temperature to 350. Bake -30 minutes or until done Top
