1-2-3 Chewy Peanut Butter Cookies image

My whole family loves these cookies. I'm always looking for different cookie recipes. I bake a lot at Xmas time. Enjoy !!! Hope you like them.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup(s) peanut butter
1 can(s) (14 oz) sweetened consensed milk
2 cup(s) original bisquick mix
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
2 tablespoon(s) sugar

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375 . In large bowl, mix peanut butter and milk until smooth. Stir in Bisquick mix and add vanilla until blended.
  • Shape dough into 1 1/4-inch balls. Roll tops in sugar. On ungreased cookie sheet, place balls sugar sides up, 2 inches apart. Flatten in crisscross pattern with fork dipped in sugar.
  • Bake 7-9 minutes or until centers are set and bottoms are a light golden brown. Do not overbake. Remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack. Cool for 15 minutes. Makes 4 dozen cookies
