CHOCOLATE FROZEN YOGURT
Wonderfully rich frozen yogurt. The taste is like chocolate cream pie filling with a bit of tang from the yogurt. Lots of calcium, but low in fat and calories - a sweet treat you can feel good about!

Steps:
- Stir together the cornstarch and sugar, and place in a saucepan. Stir in the evaporated milk, and chocolate chips. Cook over medium heat until chocolate is melted and the mixture is thickened. Stir constantly to prevent burning.
- Remove the mixture from the heat, and stir in the plain yogurt and vanilla. Refrigerate until chilled.
- Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker, and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.

REALLY LOW-FAT CHOCOLATE FROZEN YOGURT
This is as close to nonfat as chocolate frozen yogurt can get. If you're on Weight Watchers (or any other weight-management program) and you're dying for chocolate, this is a reasonable choice. And it's yummy!

- In bowl or food processor, combine all ingredients until sugar dissolves.
- Note: You can start with less sugar, and then just add sugar to taste until it's as sweet as you want it to be.
- Refrigerate until very cold -- at least four hours, or up to two days.
- Transfer to ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer's directions.

Steps:
- Freeze the yogurt, and the fruit, if you are starting with fresh.
- It is best to put the yogurt into an ice-cube tray.
- Puree the frozen yogurt and fruit in a food processor with the remaining ingredients, except the sugar.
- They should be thoroughly blended.
- Taste, and process in as much sugar as seems good to you.
- Spoon into serving dishes and return to the freezer until dessert time.
- If you wish to keep the yogurt in the freezer for up to a week, you may do so, in a covered container.
- It will need to sit out at cool room temperature for 30 minutes to an hour before serving, or it will be too hard.
