⅓ cup butter, softened
½ teaspoon celery salt
½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 pinch ground paprika
½ cup finely chopped radishes
½ cup chopped green onions

Steps:

  • Combine cream cheese, butter, celery salt, Worcestershire, and paprika together in a bowl; mix until smooth. Stir in radishes and green onions. Chill until flavors have blended, about 3 hours.

5 large fresh strawberries, or as needed
2 ounces Neufchatel cheese, softened
1 ½ tablespoons low-calorie natural sweetener (such as Swerve®)

1 quart honey (light)
2 cups raspberry jam
1 teaspoon cinnamon (see below)

Steps:

  • Combine honey, jam and cinnamon (don't stir too vigorously or you'll incorporate air into the mixture and you DO NOT want to do that).
  • Store in pretty jars (give as gifts); keep in a cool, dark place.
  • Try substituting any of these different spices to come up with a different seasonal "essence" such as.
  • SPRING ESSENCE: lavendar buds (organic, you don't want to eat any sprays!).
  • SUMMER ESSENCE: coriander, chive buds.
  • AUTUMN ESSENCE: allspice, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon.
  • WINTER ESSENCE: cinnamon, nutmeg.
  • ***On the FLIP side: How about a completely different berry or jam? Like blueberry, boysenberry, orange marmalade, etc.***.
