1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (low-fat)
2 cups strong coffee, cold
3/4 cup milk or 3/4 cup cream
3 tablespoons raspberry flavored syrup
crushed ice, as needed

Steps:

  • Place Eagle Brand, coffee, milk and syrup in blender container; blend until smooth.
  • Serve over crushed ice. Garnish with whipped cream and chocolate, or as desired.

1 pint raspberry sorbet
2 cups white grape juice
1/2 pint fresh raspberry
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 (12 ounce) can carbonated lemon-lime beverage

Steps:

  • In a blender, combine sorbet, white grape juice, raspberries and lemon juice.
  • Blend until smooth; pour into pitcher.
  • Stir in lemon-lime soda.
  • Serve immediately.

1 1/2 c strong coffee, partially frozen (i used frozen coffee ice cubes)
1/2 c milk, lowfat or 2%
1 Tbsp raspberry syrup (or more, for stronger raspberry flavor)
2 tsp cocoa powder
1 tsp sugar or stevia artificial sweetener (optional)
2 Tbsp low-fat whipped cream (optional)
1 tsp chocolate syrup (optional)
1 large fresh raspberry (optional)

Steps:

  • 1. Place frozen coffee (or coffee ice cubes), milk, raspberry syrup, cocoa powder and sugar/stevia in a blender. Process 20-30 seconds, or until smooth and well blended.
  • 2. Pour into a 16-oz mug. Top with whipped cream. Drizzle chocolate syrup in a thin line on top of whipped cream, and garnish with a fresh raspberry.
  • 3. Serve chilled, with a tall straw.

2 cups strong coffee, chilled
1/4 cup raspberry flavored syrup
1/2 cup half-and-half or 1/2 cup light cream
18 ice cubes (about 2-1/2 cups)
6 scoops coffee ice cream
chocolate shavings

Steps:

  • Place 1 cup of the coffee, the raspberry-flavor syrup, the half-and-half or light cream, and the ice cubes in a blender container.
  • Cover and blend until the ice is finely crushed.
  • Add the remaining coffee.
  • Cover and blend on the lowest speed just until combined.
  • TO SERVE:.
  • Pour the coffee mixture into glasses.
  • Top each glass with a scoop of coffee-flavor ice cream and chocolate shavings.
  • Makes 6 (6-ounce) servings.
