BAKED RICE WITH SAUSAGE
This recipe is perfect for potlucks or church suppers since it produces a big batch and has flavors with broad appeal. Most folks can't guess that the secret ingredient is chicken noodle soup mix. -Naomi Flood, Emporia, Kansas

SIMPLE SAUSAGE AND RICE CASSEROLE
Even the most picky eaters enjoy this simple dish. I have stretched the recipe to include as much as 2 cups of rice when feeding a larger crowd; I've also used brown rice instead of white rice. This brown rice lengthens the cooking time but does not significantly alter the taste (i.e, my children have never noticed the difference). Also, we prefer to use bulk sausage.

MY MOM'S SAUSAGE & RICE CASSEROLE
This is my favorite casserole! It features pork sausage, rice, chicken noodle soup mix and various vegetables. I grew up loving this and now I make it for my husband, who loves it as much as me if not more.
