A Wonderful way to use leftover turkey. Came across this recipe recently and actually just tried it for lunch today and thought it was quite nice and wanted to share it here.Hope you enjoy it as much as i did.

2 cups mixed vegetables
2 cups cooked turkey, chopped
1 (10 ounce) can cream soup, undiluted (chicken or mushroom)
1 cup Bisquick
1 egg
1/2 cup milk

Steps:

  • Place turkey and vegetables in a 8 inch pie pan.
  • Cover with soup.
  • Mix egg,milk and bisquick.
  • Pour over top.
  • Bake at 400F 30-35 minutes or until golden.
  • Serve with favorite salad.

2 cans (10 3/4 oz each) condensed cream of chicken and mushroom soup
1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed chicken broth
4 cups cut-up cooked turkey
1 bag (12 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
2 cups Bisquick Heart Smart® mix
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1 1/2 cups fat-free (skim) milk

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F (350°F for glass pan). In 4-quart saucepan, heat soup, broth, turkey and vegetables to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Spread in ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
  • In medium bowl,stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour evenly over soup mixture (crust will rise during baking).
  • Bake about 30 minutes or until light brown.

1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (12 ounce) jar turkey gravy
5 ounces half-and-half
1 tablespoon parsley flakes
1/2 teaspoon thyme
3 cups cooked turkey, cubed
1 -10 ounce frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup potato flakes
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/3 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup ice water
3 tablespoons half-and-half

Steps:

  • Mix the first 9 ingredients together.Set aside.
  • Mix next 5 ingredients together(all but the half n half) for the crust.
  • Grease 11x7 baking dish.Pour turkey ingredients into the dish.
  • Roll crust to fit.Place over contents. Vent.Brush with the 3 tbls.half n half.
  • Bake 400 degrees for 30 minutes -- .
  • NOTE-I use leftover turkey gravy,if I have it.Also,I save and freeze leftover veggies like corn,peas,green beans.I use them in dishes like this or for soup.

1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
2 cups cooked turkey, chopped
1 (10 ounce) can mixed vegetables, drained
1/2 cup shredded cheese, any kind you like
1/3 cup milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400°. Place on pie crust in an ungreased pie pan.
