Steps:
- Heat butter and olive oil in a skillet over high heat until butter is melted and begins to brown, 1 to 2 minutes.
- Stir Brussels sprouts and lemon juice into butter and oil; cook, stirring constantly, until sprouts are just heated through and starting to soften, about 45 seconds. Remove from heat.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve.

QUICK AND EASY BRUSSELS SPROUT APPETIZERS
My family kept telling me the didn't like Brussels Sprouts so I made these and they gobbled them down. Especially the children.

Steps:
- 1. Brussels Sprouts Appetizers Cook as directed 1 pkg. Baby Brussels Sprouts with butter. Drain and season. Fully Cooked Smoked pkg. bacon Optional: cut Kraft Singles Cheese into four strips each and wrap around the Brussels Sprouts. Then wrap with bacon strips and secure with Toothpicks that have been soaked in water for 10 minutes before using. This keeps the toothpicks from turning black or burning. Place on wire rack then onto a Cookie sheet. Place under broiler for a couple of Seconds-watch so that it doesn't burn. Take out and cool slightly. Serve and enjoy! Or just cook as directed Baby Brussels Sprouts with butter (I use the bag of Greet Giant Baby Brussels Sprouts with butter chunks) and add (Great Value)Fully Cooked bacon to it. Opt: Also add Cheese chunks if desired. Serve as a main dish.
EASY ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS
Love the sweetness that comes out by roasting the Brussels sprouts. They go great with just about any main course dish!

- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Remove and discard the hard stems from the Brussels sprouts. Halve the sprouts and place on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and mix until coated. Season with salt.
- Roast in the preheated oven until soft, 15 to 20 minutes.
