3/4 cup butter, softened
1-1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 can (15 ounces) solid-pack pumpkin
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
3/4 cup finely chopped pecans, divided

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon; add to the creamed mixture alternately with pumpkin, beating well after each addition. Fold in chocolate chips. , Divide batter in half. Stir melted chocolate into one portion. In a well-greased 10-in. fluted tube pan, sprinkle 1/2 cup pecans. Spoon chocolate batter over pecans; top with pumpkin batter. Sprinkle with remaining pecans., Bake at 325° for 65-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack.

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter and flour 9x5x2 1/2-inch metal loaf pan. Sift first 5 ingredients into medium bowl. Using electric mixer, beat butter in large bowl until smooth. Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and grease two 9-inch round cake pans.

2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
10 ounces unsweetened chocolate, preferably 99 or 100 percent, melted and cooled to room temperature

  • 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Use a little butter to grease two 9-inch round cake pans. Line bottoms with parchment paper. Butter and flour the paper. 2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda

4 large eggs, room temperature
1 can (15 ounces) pumpkin
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 teaspoon maple flavoring, optional
1/2 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
Confectioners' sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour a 10-in. fluted tube pan., In a large bowl, whisk the first 8 ingredients. In another bowl, whisk eggs, pumpkin, applesauce, oil and, if desired, flavoring until blended. Add to flour mixture; stir just until moistened. 3/4 cup Pumpkin, canned or cooked
2 cups All-purpose flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon Ground allspice
1/2 cup Butter milk or sour milk

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Cream together butter and sugars.
  • Beat in eggs one at a time.
  • Beat in vanilla and pumpkin.
  • Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices in a small bowl.
  • Add to butter mixture alternatively with buttermilk.
  • Pour batter into a greased 13-by-19-inch pan.

3 - eggs
1 cup(s) solid pumpkin
2/3 cup(s) evaporated milk
1/3 cup(s) vegetable oil
2 cup(s) vanilla or white chocolate chips large bag so you have left over for glaze

Steps:

  • Combine cake mix,eggs,pumpkin,oil and milk (ONLY 1/3 CUP OF THE MILK. Beat at low speed, until moist. Then turn mixer up and beat on medium speed for two minutes. Fold in white chocolate chips,save remaining in bag for glaze topping.
  • Pour into well greased and floured bundt pan. BAKE AT 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.
  • GLAZE: Heat remaining milk until it starts to boil be careful and do not let it burn. Remove from heat and add in remaining white chips and stir unti mealted. Pour over cake. OPTIONAL: SPRINKLE CINNAMON ON TOP.
