Steps:

  • Melt 12 ounces finely chopped semisweet chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over a saucepan of simmering water, stirring (do not let the bowl touch the water). Remove the bowl from the pan and let the chocolate cool slightly, then toss with 3 cups lightly crushed mini pretzel twists and 1 cup rice cereal squares (such as Chex). With an oiled spoon, scoop heaping tablespoonfuls onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Refrigerate until set, at least 30 minutes.

2 (6 ounce) packages baker's premium white baking chocolate
1 cup jet-puffed miniature marshmallow
1/2 cup pretzel twists, coarsely broken
1/3 cup pastel-colored candy covered plain chocolate candies

Steps:

  • COVER baking sheets with waxed paper; set aside. Place chocolate in medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 2 min., stirring after each minute Cool slightly.
  • ADD remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Drop tablespoonfuls of the marshmallow mixture into 16 clusters on prepared baking sheets.
  • REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until set. Serve in miniature muffin cup liners.

1/2 cup seedless raisins
1/3 cup slivered almonds
2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into pieces, melted

Steps:

  • Combine pretzels, raisins and almonds in large bowl. Add chocolate; toss until pretzel mixture is evenly coated.
  • Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto wax paper-covered baking sheet. Let stand 1 hour at room temperature or until chocolate is firm.
  • Remove from wax paper. Store in tightly covered container at room temperature.

I always love to have something on hand to give out when people stop in for a holiday. I like to put this is small candy bags and tie with ribbon and hand out when people leave. Everyone always enjoys when I make this.

1 1/2 c. salted mixed nuts
2 c. pretzel sticks coarsely broken
1-14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 c. peanut butterchips, or chocolate chips, or white chocolate chips

Steps:

  • 1. Mix nuts and pretzels in a large bowl. Over med. heat mix next 2 ing. Cook and stir constantly till chips are melted. Pour over nut mixture and toss to coat very well. Drop by Tab. onto sheet lined with was paper. Chill till firm, about 2 hours.

3/4 c brown sugar, firmly packed
3/4 c light corn syrup
1/2 c butter
2 tsp vanilla
4 c wheat chex cereal (or generic brand will do)
4 c mini pretzels twists (not sticks)
1 can(s) (10 ounces) salted cashews halves and pieces

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Spray large baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 2. Place sugar, syrup and butter in heavy small saucepan. Heat over medium heat until mixture boils and sugar dissolves, stirring often. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
  • 3. Combined pretzels,cereal and cashews in large bowl. Pour sugar mixture over pretzel mixture; toss to coat evenly. Spread on prepared baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes, stirring after 15 mins. Spread onto greased waxed paper. Cool completely; break into clusters.
  • 4. Store in airtight container at room temperature.

1 bag of Nestle White Chocolate morsels
Salted stick pretzels

Steps:

  • Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave, stir until the chocolate is smooth. Use your judgement on the pretzels as to how many. I use about 1/3 of a 16 oz bag. Put pretzels in a Ziploc and crush them any way you know how...I just hit them with a wooden spoon. Add pretzels to white chocolate and stir. Spoon out onto wax paper and let cool. You can put them in the fridge or freezer and they are ready very quickly. They take about 10 mins to make.
