I saw some icecream pies and thought I can do that.So I went to the market bought some different things to try and this is what I ended with,A PRETTY PINK PIE!!!!!

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 1/2 c rice krispy cereal
6 oz white bakers chocolate
1/2 c heavy cream
3 drops of red food coloring
11/2 c vanilla ice cream
11/2 c strawberry ice cream
1/2 c vanilla or white chocolate chips
20 large strawberries sliced leaving 2 for flower.
1/4 c graulated sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Put your cereal in a bowl.Melt your bakers chocolate in the microwave 30 seconds at a time.When melted add cream ,mix and heat about 45 second.Careful it's hot!!!!!Add the coloring to the chocolate mix well and pour into cereal and mix.
  • 2. Pour mixture into pie pan and work it fast up the sides.If you use a cup of really hot water and a spoon you can mold the crust very well.
  • 3. Put a layer of sliced strawberrys on the bottom of the crust that have been soaked in the sugar.Top them with vanilla ice cream.Put in freezer to harden some about 10 minutes.
  • 4. Remove from freezer and add another layer of strawberries and top with strawberry ice cream.return to freezer while you are making 4 strawberry and 4 vanilla ice cream balls.
  • 5. Remove from freezer arrange balls and make a flower with strawberries.Keep in freezer until ready to serve.

1 prepared 9 inch graham cracker crust
3 oz package strawberry gelatin
8 oz crushed pineapple, drained
8 oz frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • 1. Prepare gelatin according to directions on box. Stir in pineapple and let set in refrigerator in bowl until firm.
  • 2. Fold in whipped topping and pour into crust. Refrigerate 6 hours or overnight.
