This is a delicious main dish recipe. An easy and great way to use up leftover roast pork. It's a family favorite!

2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound pork loin, cut into 1 inch cubes
3 onions, sliced
1 (8 ounce) package fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups milk
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Heat oil in a skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat. Add pork and onions; cook until evenly browned. Add mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes. Remove pork and vegetables and place on a side dish.
  • Return pan to heat, add butter and stir until melted. Add flour; stir constantly until a paste forms. Slowly add milk and stir until gravy thickens. Stir in tomato sauce, brown sugar, lemon juice and salt. Return pork mixture to pan, stir and simmer until meat is tender. Serve over noodles or rice.

3 lbs thick pork chops
1 onion, cut into thin slices
1 lemon, cut in thin slices
1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Season pork chops with salt and place in large baking dish.
  • Top each pork chop with an onion slice and a lemon slice.
  • Mix brown sugar and ketchup; spoon a couple of tablespoons over each chop.
  • Cover and bake 1 hour.
  • Uncover and bake 30 minutes longer, basting occasionally.

4 (1 1/4 inch) thick pork chops
4 slices onion
4 slices lemon
¼ cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup ketchup

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Place chops in a 9x13 inch baking dish and top each one with an onion slice and a lemon slice. Add 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon ketchup on top of each pork chop.
  • Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake another 30 minutes or until internal temperature of meat has reached 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). While baking, baste occasionally with pan juices.

There's something special about pork chop supreme. It's a dish that always seems to hit the spot, no matter what.

6 Boneless pork chops
2 Tbsp. Olive oil
4 Medium potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
1 Packet French onion soup mix
1 Can Cream of onion soup
¼ C. Milk
Salt and pepper to taste.

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Add the pork chops to the heated skillet and brown on both sides. Remove, and set aside.
  • Layer the sliced potatoes on the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish.
  • Place the browned pork chops on top of the potatoes.
  • In a bowl, combine the milk, French onion soup mix and cream of onion soup.
  • Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops and potatoes.
  • Bake for 1 hour. Let cool slightly before serving.

1 tablespoon olive oil
4 bone-in pork loin chops, 3/4-inch thick (about 2 pounds)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried rosemary leaves
1 can (18 oz) Progresso™ Vegetable Classics creamy mushroom soup

Steps:

  • Make rice as directed on package.
  • Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat until hot. Cook pork chops in oil about 5 minutes on each side or until well browned.
