Number Of Ingredients 5

1 cup milk
1 cup flour
6 eggs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 dash salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven at 400*.
  • Whisk or blend above ingredients together.
  • Grease muffin tins (makes 24 pop up pancakes).
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until puffy and golden on top.
  • You should be able to loosen the pancake with a knife.
  • Serve with syrup, powered sugar, fruit or jelly.
  • Enjoy!

What an easy and quick breakfast for those on the go!! These are very simple to make and kids will love them.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 cup(s) milk
1 cup(s) flour
6 - eggs
1/4 cup(s) melted butter

Steps:

  • 400 degree oven. Grease muffin tins. Mix all ingredients in a blender. Pour mix into greased muffin tins.
  • Bake 15 minutes at 400 degrees or until puffy and golden on top. Use a knife to pop or pry out. Puffiness will go down as they cool and they become more like a cup.
  • Now they are ready for toppings. Try syrup, powdered sugar, fruit, even fresh jams (strawberry is wonderful). See how easy!!! ENJOY!
