POMEGRANATE-CHAMPAGNE PUNCH
This bright and bubbly punch features pomegranate seeds and Champagne.

Steps:
- Bring 1/2 cup water and sugar to boil in small saucepan, stirring until sugar dissolves. Simmer 5 minutes. Cool syrup completely.
- Combine Champagne, rum, and pomegranate juice in punch bowl. Add enough syrup to sweeten to taste. Mix in lemon slices, pomegranate seeds, and mint leaves. Add ice block to bowl.

- In a large pitcher, combine pomegranate juice, pear nectar, and orange-flavored liqueur. Slowly add Champagne. Serve over ice.
CRANBERRY, TANGERINE, AND POMEGRANATE CHAMPAGNE PUNCH
Steps:
- To make the swizzle sticks, spear 3 cranberries alternately with 2 mint leaves on wooden skewers. Place the skewers on a baking sheet; cover with damp paper towels, and refrigerate up to 1 hour.
- In a large punchbowl or pitcher, stir together the fruit juices. Fill glasses with ice, and ladle or pour about 1/2 cup punch into each glass; top with champagne. Garnish each glass with a swizzle stick.
