1 package (7 ounces) spaghetti
1/2 cup egg substitute
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1/2 cup chopped sweet yellow pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 jar (24 ounces) spaghetti sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
1-1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water. In a large bowl, toss spaghetti with egg substitute and Parmesan cheese. Spread evenly into a 15x10x1-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray; set aside., In a large nonstick skillet, cook the beef, onion and peppers over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in spaghetti sauce and seasonings; heat through. , Spoon over spaghetti. Top with mushrooms and mozzarella cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

This easy Pizza Spaghetti Casserole recipe (aka: Pizzetti) combines two great loves: spaghetti and pizza into one baked casserole that will leave you begging for seconds.

1 package spaghetti noodles (17.6 oz package)
1.5 jars spaghetti sauce (24 oz jars)
2 cups Horizon Organic mozzarella cheese
1 package pepperoni

Steps:

  • Boil noodles for amount of time specified on package directions. Drain and set aside.Cover the bottom of a 9×13 casserole dish with a light layer of sauce.Add your noodles, then a light layer of cheese, then a layer of pepperoni and repeat until the dish is full. Place in a 350° oven for 20-30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. We then turn on the broiler and let it cook for about 2-5 minutes until the cheese starts to brown... but be careful not to burn the pepperoni. We keep a close eye on it!Blot the top of the pepperoni and cheese with a napkin to soak up any excess grease.Serve and enjoy!

1 large onion, chopped
3-1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
1 package (16 ounces) spiral or cavatappi pasta, cooked and drained
4 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
8 ounces sliced pepperoni

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and pasta. , Transfer to 2 greased 13x9-in. baking dishes. Sprinkle with cheese. Arrange pepperoni over the top. , Bake, uncovered, 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Freeze option: Cool unbaked casseroles; cover and freeze up to 3 months. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°. 12 oz uncooked spaghetti, broken into thirds
1 tablespoon olive oil
3/4 lb bulk Italian pork sausage
1 package (8 oz) sliced fresh mushrooms (about 3 cups)
1 jar (24 oz) caramelized onion and roasted garlic tomato pasta sauce
4 oz sliced turkey pepperoni (1/2 cup)
2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend (8 oz)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 14-inch deep-dish pizza pan with cooking spray. Cook and drain spaghetti as directed on package, using minimum cook time.
  • Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Cook sausage in oil 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked. With slotted spoon, remove sausage from skillet; set aside. Cook mushrooms in drippings over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and tender.
  • Place cooked spaghetti in pizza pan; top with sausage, pasta sauce, pepperoni, mushrooms and cheeses.

1 (16 ounce) package spaghetti
1 (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (6 ounce) package sliced pepperoni
1 (6 ounce) can sliced black olives
1 (8 ounce) package sliced fresh mushrooms
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 12 minutes. Drain and transfer to a 7x11-inch baking dish.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Stir spaghetti sauce into pasta until coated; add 2 to 3 layers of pepperoni, olives, and mushrooms on top of spaghetti. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
