PIZZA PIZZA MEATLOAF!!! DANA'S
My husband isn't a real big fan of meatloaf so I am always trying to come up with new ways to make it. This one has been floating around in my head for weeks and I finally convinced him to allow me to try it. Guess what! He loved it! In fact after dinner I was trying to clean things up and he was still eating it off the serving...

Steps:
- 1. In a large bowl, crack your eggs, mix, add torn bread and let sit until bread is absorbed, crumble burger, add veggies and seasoning, mix well. Cut in two equal parts.
- 2. Spray a baking dish with baking spray and form the first half into a nice round flat circle, place in baking dish. Add 3 slices of cheese, then place the pepperoni in a circle covering the bottom, repeat two more times. Place the second half on top and seal well. I press the sides to each other so that the entire meatloaf is sealed. Place some of the pizza sauce on top and Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
- 3. Ater 30° remove and place the remainng pepperoni on top, add the rest of the sauce, and bake an additional 10°, remove and put your shredded cheese on top, put it back in the oven and continue to bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted. Baking time may depend on oven. Make sure your meatloaf is nice and brown and a meat therm inserted registers at least 145° (med-rare). If you would like it well done, then adjust baking times above.
- 4. This meatloaf was so moist and yummy and really reminded us of eating a pizza without the crust of course. I hope you will try it.
