PIZZA DUMP
This is a simple & easy one from "Vaught's Cooking", my mom's church (Vaught Chapel) cookbook. It's really good, (I add garlic and Italian seasoning to the spaghetti sauce to taste).

Steps:
- Cook rigatoni as directed on box & drain.
- Brown ground beef, pepper, and onion in skillet, drain, and then mix with rigatoni.
- Add the spaghetti sauce and put mixture in a 9 x 12 pan.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over mixture.
- Top with cheddar, mozzarella and pepperoni.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
PIZZA DUMP BREAD
I have used mushrooms, meatball and any other topping in these rolls. Can prepare ahead, wrap in aluminum foil and refreg. or freeze. Really easy. Can use as a starter, or lunch, or dinner!

- 1. Pizza Dump Bread Take 2 frozen bread doughs, thaw, let rise. Then spread out to almost the size of the cookie sheet. Next, add your toppings. (sliced pepperoni, provolone cheese, capacola, hard salami slices, or your choice - about 12 slices ea.) Roll the filled dough to form a Jelly Roll. Pinch the edges closed tightly and lay seam side down on cooking sprayed cookie sheet. (2 rolls on one sheet.) Brush roll with olive oil. Preheat oven at 375 . Cook 25 minutes or until the tops are golden brown. Cool at least 5 minutes before slicing. Can prepare then freeze. Warm in oven before serving.
