PINK CADILLAC MARGARITA

Pink Cadillac Margarita image

I had my first Pink Cadillac when I was in Las Vegas for my best friend's wedding. This is a refreshing change from a traditional margarita.

PINK CADILLAC

Pink Cadillac image

This is my favorite version of the popular Pink Cadillac cocktail, which is how it's served at my favorite bar in downtown Seattle. The bar doesn't really give out their mixology secrets. But I found the recipe recently, so I clipped it so that I'd have it available for those occasions when I might want to make a Pink Cadillace cocktail at home.

PINK CADILLAC MARGARITA (SALLYE)

Pink Cadillac Margarita (Sallye) image

Relinquish your car keys before you start imbibing this knock your socks off margarita. Like that famed pink Cadillac, it may look (and taste) smooth, but be warned, it is strong and powerful. It is not an authentic margarita, since there is no tequila in it, but it tastes and looks like one. A perfect drink to savor in...
