1/3 c frozen strawberries
1/3 c frozen raspberries
1/2 c pineapple chunks in juice
2 tsp lime juice or 2 tbsp frozen lime concentrate
1 Tbsp honey or 2 splenda packets
5 ice cubes
1/8 tsp allspice
1/8 tsp nutmeg
1 Tbsp wheat germ (optional)
1 Tbsp flax (optional)

Steps:
