My mother, Lola Allen, has made this recipe for as long as I can remember. Most all of the recipes we serve came from Mom-a terrific cook who raised nine children.-Linda Fulkerson, Elizabethtown, Kentucky

PINEAPPLE AU GRATIN
This recipe originally came from my mom's baby sister, Aunt Clara. They both would be so proud that I have shared it with you. In my opinion, this dish compliments either ham or a pork roast very well. But it's good with any meal to me. LOL

PINEAPPLE AU GRATIN
This surprising dish is a fantastic accompaniment for ham. Pineapple chunks can be used instead of tidbits for a chunkier effect. (1 sleeve of Ritz is 35-40 crackers)
