Fruity and cheesy with a little bite. Make the salad firmer by including one small package of prepared unflavored gelatin. Walnuts may be used instead of pecans.

Steps:
- In a 9x13 inch dish, mix lemon flavored gelatin mix, lime flavored gelatin mix and boiling water. When the mixes are completely dissolved, pour in remaining water. Chill in the refrigerator 1 hour, or until the gelatin begins to set.
- Stir in the crushed pineapple, cottage cheese, horseradish, mayonnaise and pecans. Continue to chill 3 hours, or until completely gelled.

- 1. Place pineapple in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Remove form heat. Add gelatin, stirring until dissolved. Stir in buttermilk, coconut and pecans. Cool. Fold in topping. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish. Chill until firm.
LIME-PINEAPPLE CONGEALED SALAD
I got this recipe from the Cooks.com website & tweaked it a little. It's the best one I've tried, and I didn't find one exactly like it here. I used sugar-free jello and 2 cups Cool Whip when I made it.

Steps:
- Pour boiling water over gelatin; stir until dissolved. Put in refrigerator while following next steps.
- Whip cream cheese and mayonnaise together with electric mixer until fluffy.
- Add Cool Whip.
- When gelatin begins to set, add pineapple and nuts.
- Fold cream cheese mixture into gelatin.
- Pour into a 9"x9" dish or pan.
- Refrigerate and let completely congeal.

- 1. preheat oven to 350 line 13X9 pan with tin foil In medium bowl combine crushed pretzels with the melted butter. and pecans. press in the bottom of the pan bake for 15 minutes cool completely
- 2. In a medium bowl mix cream cheese and sugaruntil creamy. then add cool whip pour over crust and chill
- 3. in a large mesuring cup combine reserved pineapple juice and cherry juice {drain The fruit}add enough water to make 3 cups of liquid add 2 boxxes or jello bring to a boil. remove from heat and cool add cherries and pineapple place in refrigerator. when it starts to thicken pour on top of cream cheese mixture.
- 4. when completely cool cut into squares and top with whip cream
