8 ounces pineapple tidbits, drained
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green pepper, chopped
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • In a skillet, brown beef; drain.
  • Transfer to a 5-quart slow cooker/ crockpot.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Cover and cook for 4-8 hours or until bubbly.

1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup bottled hot-style barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 (16 ounce) can pork and beans, undrained
1 (15 ounce) can spicy chili beans, undrained
1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained (juice pack)

Steps:

  • In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until meat is brown and onion is tender; drain.
  • Add in ketchup, barbecue sauce, and brown sugar; stir to combine.
  • Stir in beans and pineapple; transfer to an ungreased 2 quart casserole dish.
  • Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 1 hour or until mixture is bubbly and heated through.

1 can pork and beans (50 oz)
1 can pork and beans (30 oz)
1 pound ground beef
1 cup onion -- diced
1 can crushed pineapple (large)
1 cup brown sugar -- (to 1 1/2)
2 tablespoons mustard -- (to 3 Tbs)
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 cups ketchup

Steps:

  • Brown and drain meat and onions. Drain pineapple juice and combine with mustard, worcestershire, brown sugar, ketchup in skillet. Boil until thick. Mix beans, meat and onions, pineapple and sauce together in large pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. 1/2 batch will fit into a 9x13 baking dish. NOTE: drain all or some of the liquid from the beans depending on how thick you want the end product to be. If you do not drain at all they will be rather soupy.

4 (16 ounce) cans baked beans
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 cup molasses (optional)
1 cup barbecue sauce
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 (6 ounce) can French-fried onions, crushed
1 tablespoon hot sauce
2 teaspoons garlic powder

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine all the ingredients, BUT ADD ONLY HALF THE FRENCH FRIED ONIONS (crush the onion in the can before using them).** Unless you like things realy sweet, cut the Molasses in half or even leave them out, as several reviers have done!1.
  • Pour into a 9x13 sprayed casserole.
  • Sprinkle with the remaining onions.
  • The casserole will be very full, so set it on a cookie sheet to save your oven.:-).
  • Cook for aproximately 1 hour or until it bubbles.

1 pound bacon strips, diced
1 large onion, chopped
3 cans (two 55 ounces, one 28 ounces) baked beans
2 cans (one 20 ounces, one 8 ounces) crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup ketchup

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon to paper towels. Drain, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings. Saute onion in drippings until tender. , In a very large bowl, combine the beans, pineapple, bacon and onion. Combine brown sugar and ketchup; stir into the bean mixture., Transfer to two greased 3-qt. or 13-in. x 9-in. baking dishes. Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Uncover; bake 25-35 minutes longer or until bubbly and beans reach desired thickness.

1 teaspoon oil
1 cup chopped onion
1 (19 ounce) can pork and beans in tomato sauce
1 (16 ounce) can red kidney beans
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1/3 cup ketchup
1 teaspoon mustard
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Spray a medium sized pot with no stick spray.
  • Add oil enough to barely cover and add onions- sauté slowly until just soft Place in medium sized casserole.
  • Add remaining ingredients- stir to mix.
  • Bake uncovered in 350°F oven for 1 1/2 hours or until bubbly, stirring once or twice.
