CRESCENT PIZZA PINWHEELS

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
- If using crescent rolls: Unroll dough; separate dough into 4 rectangles. Firmly press perforations to seal.
- If using dough sheet: Unroll dough and cut into 4 rectangles.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, pepperoni, bell pepper and Italian cheese blend over each rectangle.
- Starting with one short side, roll up each rectangle; press edge to seal. With serrated knife, cut each roll into 6 slices; place cut side down on cookie sheet.
- Bake 13 to 17 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Meanwhile, heat pizza sauce. Immediately remove pinwheels from cookie sheet. Serve warm with warm pizza sauce for dipping.

PIZZA PINWHEELS
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large baking sheet with foil and spray lightly with cooking spray. Lightly flour a large wooden cutting board. Roll out dough onto the floured surface, pressing seems together as you go.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the dough, to the edges. Top with shredded mozzarella and your choice of pizza toppings.
- Roll pizza width-wise (the longest side) and seal the edges. Slice into 1-inch pieces with a sharp serrated knife. Place pinwheels on the prepared cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the middles are cooked through.
- Allow to cool for a couple of minutes, then serve with marinara or ranch for dipping.

- Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Spray cookie sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
- Separate dough into 4 rectangles; place on lightly floured surface.
- Firmly press perforations to seal.
- Press or roll each to form 8x5-inch rectangle.
- Arrange 1/4 of prosciutto slices evenly over each rectangle.
- In small bowl, combine cheese, pepper and oil; mix well.
- Sprinkle mixture evenly over prosciutto on each rectangle.
- Sprinkle with basil.
- Starting at short side of each rectangle, roll up; seal long edges.
- With serrated knife, cut each roll into 5 slices.
- Place, cut side up, on sprayed cookie sheets.
- Bake at 375 degrees F. for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from cookie sheets. Serve warm.
