- Combine the cream cheese, chopped pickles, ham and a hefty pinch of black pepper in a medium bowl. Stir until well combined. Serve at room temperature so it is spreadable, along with crackers, sliced cucumbers or carrot sticks.

Steps:
- 1. Soften cream cheese.
- 2. Chop pickle spears into small pieces. Set aside in bowl.
- 3. Slice deli ham into small pieces and add to pickles.
- 4. Add in softened cream cheese, sour cream and dill weed. Mix well. I use a handheld mixer.
- 5. Sometimes the pickles dont have as much bite as other times, if the dip doesnt taste "pickley" enough, just a little pickle juice!
- 6. Serve with Triscuts.
